Caliber Collision

Ken Wetta went above and beyond to repair my teen’s car when he was hit by another teenager. The insurance wanted to total it but he fought to restore it because it was fixable and the perfect car for a young driver. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, authentic and trustworthy. It is rare to find this kind of service these days!

It’s never a good situation when you need repairs like this, but I am so grateful I chose this shop. The front desk staff was informative and polite. When I met the mechanic he was patient and listened to my concerns. He insured me that “he had it from here” and it showed when my vehicle was complete.

Got my Cadillac done here and was very happy and satisfied. Customer service is very helpful. Only thing was they forgot to put a part for my door handle but they said they will get it right get the part if needed. But over all very easy to deal with.

While communication at the beginning was a little sketchy, I had booked an appt through my insurance company, but the local office kept pinging me asking me to set an appt which I had already confirmed with their national/regional office was completed. Once I arrived the team was fast, responsive, answered all my questions, walked me through everything they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of a little over 2 weeks to complete the work. FOUR DAYS later they texted me telling me the work was done and I could pick it up!! Walking through the pick up and looking at the work done, I had zero notes. Everything looked great, they walked me through everything they did, noted that they had to replace a part they didn't think they were going to have to on the original estimate, but once it was pulled off the vehicle they noticed it was indeed cracked. I couldn't be happier with the work and time it took to complete. While I hope I never have to use a body shop again, if the need arises, it will absolutely be Caliber Collision on Mays Ave in Round Rock.

Caliber Collision on Mays in Round Rock, TX I have used Caliber Collision for over 30 years and they just keep getting better. Not only is the work sound and long-lasting but my last experience with Justin and Omar put this facility over the top for me. I highly recommend this facility to anybody who needs work done. My truck had extensive hail damage on all panels including my tonneau cover. I cannot see a single ripple from the excellent work that was done. This speaks extremely highly of the team behind the management and again I highly recommend them. I was extremely lucky to have Max and Jessie as my team behind the management. Rarely does this group get recognized but they are the ones that make you proud when you show others what was done to your vehicle. Talent and experience are what shines and makes you want to return time after time. But this time was different Justin (management) and Omar (customer rep) only added to the Max and Jessie team and made my long-term experience a dream. Not only are they there when you need them status was always available and given to me at the completion of every step. I always felt like I knew exactly where my vehicle was Justin was out
